Vendor/Craft Contract
Saturday, October 4th 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Prince of Peace Lutheran Church and Preschool
3625 SW Wanamaker Rd., Topeka, KS 66614
- This event is a fundraiser for the Mission and Outreach ministry of the church. Proceeds will go toward the care of the church community.
- One hundred spaces are available to handmade crafts, antiques as well as retail vendors.
- Vendor spaces are 10’x11’ for $20.00.
- Vendors are responsible for loading and unloading their merchandise at their assigned time.
- Someone must always be attending to your table during the event.
- Prince of Peace Lutheran Church and Preschool is not responsible for lost or stolen items, or accidents that may occur.
- Your reservation is completed when the form below is returned with payment, the deadline is August 31st or until we are fully booked.
- All income from your sales is yours. Collecting and reporting Kansas Tax is your responsibility.
- After your payment is received, if you are unable to attend for any reason, another vendor may take your place, but their information needs to be given to Maggie or the church.
- Limit 1 Direct Sales Representative i.e.: Scentsy, Pampered Chef etc. First Come First Pla
