This year, during the Sundays of Easter through Trinity Sunday, our focus will be on the missionary activity of the church. We will use the Book of Acts to explore how the early church was formed and how that experience informs our mission today.April 23rd Easter 2
Our Mission is Courageous Acts 5:29-42
The early missionary work of the church was courageous, grounded in the words of Peter and the apostles – “We must obey God rather than men!”
April 30th CONFIRMATION
Our Mission is by Word and Sacrament Acts 2:36-41
On this Confirmation Sunday, we look at how the early church was formed by Word and Sacrament.
May 7th Easter 4/Good Shepherd
